From Performer to Purpose-Driven Leader
For years, I performed on stages across the country. But offstage, I was learning what so many of us learn in silence...how to move forward while still carrying fear, doubt, and the pressure to prove ourselves.
My transformation began when I realized my art was more than entertainment. It was connection. It was healing. It was a way to create change. That revelation eventually led me to co-found ART INC with my husband, a nonprofit dedicated to using creativity as a catalyst for youth, families, and community transformation.
Today, I stand before audiences not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone committed to living The Riveting Way—which means moving through fear, choosing alignment, and building what you are called to build before you feel ready.

Who I Am Today
I'm Nikki Romain—wife, mother, CEO, and speaker. Over the last 25+ years, I've learned that leadership is not about having all the answers. It's about courage, clarity, and the willingness to keep choosing alignment.
As co-founder and CEO of ART INC, I've witnessed how creativity and structure together can shift a life. I've learned that transformation is rarely loud—it often begins with one decision to move forward, even when you feel unready.
I'm currently navigating perimenopause (yes, I'm talking about it openly because someone should), raising a child who challenges me daily to practice what I preach, and building a legacy that extends far beyond my own lifetime.
My mission is simple: to help you move through fear, choose alignment, and build what you are called to build—one brave decision at a time.
